- ✅ Masonry walling completed up to the 10th Floor
- ✅ Tiling ongoing on the 8th Floor
- ✅ Steel Windows and Door installation completed up to the 8th Floor
- ✅ Plumbing, CCTV & Electrical installations completed up to the 8th Floor
- ✅ Cabinetry installation completed up to the 7th Floor
- ✅Door locks installed up to 3rd floor
- ✅ Internal paint works 3rd floor
- ✅ Wooden door frame installation completed up to the 8th Floor
- ✅ Skimming and undercoat painting completed up to the 6th Floor
🏢 Infrastructure & Amenities
Significant progress has also been achieved on key infrastructure works.
- ✅ KPLC transformer and electricity meter applications submitted; and a contractor allocated by KPLC
- ✅ Borehole license has been issued
- ✅ Lift manufacturing completed; shipment to site is currently in progress
- ✅ Construction of the access road to the tarmac
