Accounting Intern / Accounting Trainee

Rever Properties Ltd is a growing real estate development and property management company committed to excellence, integrity, and financial discipline across its portfolio. We invite applications from highly motivated, detail-oriented, and ambitious individuals to join our Finance & Administration team as an Accounting Intern / Accounting Trainee.

Position Summary

The Accounting Intern will support the Finance Department in maintaining accurate financial records, tenant billing, reconciliations, audit preparation, and administrative processes across entities managed under Rever Properties. The role provides structured exposure to property management accounting, financial controls, audit processes, and real estate finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in tenant billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable management.
• Perform reconciliations for multiple entities under supervision.
• Maintain accurate accounting records in QuickBooks and Excel.
• Support petty cash management and expense verification.
• Assist in preparation of monthly management accounts.
• Prepare audit schedules and support external audit processes.
• Participate in financial system improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

1. Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (or final year student) in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or Business
  Administration (Accounting option).

2. Professional Qualification (Preferred):

• • CPA / ACCA (Part I or II in progress).

3. Technical Skills:

• • • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
    • Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
    • Exposure to accounting software (QuickBooks preferred).

4. Personal Attributes:
