JOB DESCRIPTION – PROPERTY MANAGER
Are you a hands-on and highly organized individual with experience in real estate operations?
We are hiring a Real Estate Generalist to support the coordination and execution of real estate Projects.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about real estate, project coordination, and delivering results across
multiple functional areas.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Property Management
- Oversee tenant lifecycle: screening, leasing, rent collection, and dispute resolution.
- Manage maintenance, repairs, and cleanliness through contractors and caretakers.
- Ensure legal compliance, proper lease documentation, and tenant relations.
- Track rental income, invoice payments, handle arrears, and report to management.
- Organize accurate recordkeeping and support smooth financial and administrative processes.
- Coordinate property viewings and respond to tenant inquiries.
Investor Relations
- Regularly update investors on rent collections, property status, and major changes.
- Provide customer service, manage communications, and schedule appointments.
- Support budgeting, bookkeeping, and data management.
- Compile and distribute periodic performance reports.
Sales & Marketing

- Marketing
- Manage social media, online marketing, and Rever’s brand presence.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral and coordinate events.
- Conduct customer behavior analysis and execute targeted marketing campaigns.
Sales & Collections
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle sales documentation.
- Coordinate legal documentation (letters of offer, agreements).
- Manage property viewings and follow-ups with prospective buyers/investors.
- Track deadlines and notify stakeholders as needed.
Financial Management
- Lead financial operations including accounts, treasury, credit control, and budgeting.
- Monitor performance vs. budget, conduct financial analysis, and prepare variance reports.
- Oversee financial modeling for development and corporate financing decisions.
- Manage banking relationships, compliance with loan covenants, and track shareholder loans.
- Ensure proper intercompany accounting, asset management, reconciliations, and payroll.
- Handle tax, audit, and legal liaison and ensure regulatory compliance and documentation.
- Maintain financial integrity through internal controls and timely group-level reporting.
Corporate Finance & Compliance
- Coordinate with shareholders, bondholders, lenders, legal advisors, and regulators in corporate
transactions. - Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of all corporate and financing activities in line with
statutory requirements, SOPs, and authority limits. - Support planning and coordination of meetings with key stakeholders and transactional parties.
- Maintain internal financial controls and ensure compliance at all levels.
- Deliver timely and accurate group financial reports and support special projects as assigned.
- Maintain and reconcile intercompany balances, ensure accurate accruals, prepayments, and trial balance
integrity.
Real Estate Development Coordination
- Support the Development Manager in coordinating the full project lifecycle from pre-feasibility to
completion. - Assist in preparing development schedules, tracking milestones, and reporting on progress.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, and other consultants to ensure timely
deliverables. - Facilitate preparation of planning submissions and monitor compliance with statutory approvals.
- Organize procurement processes, maintain contract documentation, and oversee vendor performance.
- Help manage project budgets, track expenditures, and support financial forecasting.
- Assist in preparing development reports, investor updates, and presentation materials.
- Monitor site-level execution, attend inspections, and support quality control processes.
- Ensure alignment of development activities with the approved business plan and regulatory requirements.
- Document and escalate project risks, delays, or deviations for timely resolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field.
- 3+ years in real estate project coordination, development, or operations.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Experience in marketing tools , project management is a plus.
